CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled and refunded if the cancellation request is received before processing. Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to determine the order status.

AUTOMATED ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We may cancel orders under certain conditions, such as unavailable stock, incomplete addresses, or logistic issues. Orders pending for more than 15 business days may also be cancelled. If any of these occur, the full amount will be refunded.
